Ingredients
- 4 cups sugar
- 2 8 oz pkg cream cheese
- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- 2 t cinnamon
- 1 t ground ginger

Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine sugar and cream cheese. Beat in pumpkin, cinnamon and ginger. Refrigerate before serving. Serve in hollowed pumpkin with ginger snaps.
