Chipotle Beef/Chicken Marinade
My family liked but didn't love Mexican food until I brought this marinade into their world. Now they beg me for it. Give it a try. I toned down the heat of the marinade with cocoa powder since sour cream, tomato, and lime juice etc simply did not work. I'm sure there are better ways but this is all I know for now. A little goes a long way with this so use sparingly.

Preparation
Step 1
Blend in food processor until smooth. I slow cook my meat in a crock pot then cooled it before coating with this marinade. I can use this right away for burritos or fajitas or store for future use. A little goes a long way and it comes in handy for quick dinners.
