Sautéed Squash and Tomatoes

Ingredients
- 1 tbs bacon drippings
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tbs fresh minced basil
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 2 c. sliced zucchini
- 2 c. sliced yellow squash
- 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms, opt
- 1 c. chopped tomatoes
- Salt & pepper to taste

Step 1
Sauté onion, basil, oregano, and squash in drippings for 10 minutes. Add garlic and tomatoes and cook 10 minutes. Remove from heat season with salt and pepper.
