  • 4sirloin pork chop, about 4 ounces each (butterflied)
  • 2tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1/2tsp dried rosemary, crumbled
  • 1/2tsp ground thyme
  • 1/4tsp black pepper

Step 1

Directions:

1 Brush chops with lemon juice. Combine remaining
ingredients; mix well. Rub herb mixture on both sides
of chops.

2 Grill or broil for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.
Garnish with fresh herbs, if desired.
