Ingredients
- 3 TBSP of rice wine vinegar
- 2 TBSP of sugar
- 1 tsp of Dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp of salt and pepper
- 3 TBSP of canola oil
- 1 cucumber peeled and sliced thinly
- 2 TBSP of fresh cilantro

Preparation
Step 1
whisk together rice wine vinegar, sugar, mustard and salt & pepper.
In a slow steady stream whisk in canola oil. Add cucumber.
Cover and chill for 15 min.
