Sweet Potato Soufflé

Ingredients
- 1 16oz can of yams
- 1 stick butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 Tbs flour
- 1 3 oz can evaporated milk
- 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Drain yams and save juice. Mash yams then set aside. Bring juice and sugar to a boil, then melt in the butter. Add milk and mashed yams. Then add eggs, vanilla, flour… Blend until smooth
Bake at 375 F in a greased baking dish until firm.. about 1 hour….
