Macaroni and Cheese

This delicious macaroni and cheese recipe is will be a family favorite! You can also add jalapenos and spicy sausage for a Southwestern kick!

Ingredients
- 1 package (1-pound) San Giorgio elbow macaroni pasta
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 cup milk
- 4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Cook pasta. Heat oven to 350° F.
In large saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Blend in flour, salt, pepper. Continue stirring and gradually add milk.
Cook, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens and begins to boil. Add cheese and stir til melted. Add cooked pasta and mix well.
Pour into 3 quart casserole sprayed w/ nonstick spray. Bake 30-45 minutes until brown and bubbly.
