Baby Back Ribs - Crockpot and/or Grill
By gMinor
A simple way to create fall-off-the-bone ribs with basically no effort. You can finish them on the grill as well to get some char (it's really good), but you don't have to.
Ingredients
- 1 generous cup Rib Rub (or seasoning of choice)
- 1 full rack baby backs

Preparation
Step 1
Remove membrane from ribs. This is the 'worst' part, but once you have the knack, it's no big deal.
Rub ribs generously with rub/seasoning.
If you can't bend the ribs to fit in the crockpot, simply cut them appropriately.
Turn the crockpot to Low for 5 to 7 hours or set to high for 2 to 3 hours.
Remove ribs from crockpot and put on a medium grill for about 10 minutes. Smother them in sauce and flip once.
NOTE: You can even put them back in the fridge for a few hours between crockpot and grill.
If you do not want to grill them, just leave em in the Crockpot for 8 hours (low) or 4 hours (high)
WARNING: If you leave them in the crockpot for the full time, you will need to be careful removing them... They will fall apart.
