Quick & Simple Naan Wrap-ups
By gMinor
The warm Naan is comforting, but the crunch from the greens gives it a welcoming freshness. I whip these up in minutes for a tasty lunch. You may also opt to use grilled chicken, pulled pork or teriyaki beef instead of the turkey. Get creative and enjoy!
Ingredients
- 2 NaaN (I prefer mini Naan so I don't over eat)
- 3/4 cup coleslaw mix (undressed)
- 2 to 4 slices turkey
- 2 tablespoons ranch dressing
- Sprinkle of cheese, optional

Preparation
Step 1
Heat up the Naan per it's instructions. Usually sprinkle it with some water (wet your fingers and flick them at the Naan). Then put in the toaster oven for a minute or 2. It will start to bubble.
Place a slice or 2 of turkey on the Naan. Spread a tablespoon of Ranch, then sprinkle the Coleslaw on top. It should soak up the Ranch (or keep it in place). Then sprinkle a little bit (or a lot) of cheese on top. I tend to use very little to keep from over stuffing.
NOTE: You can do this with basically any meat as well... I've done this with leftover pulled pork, grilled chicken breast, or even teriyaki beef. Get creative.
