- 6 tbsps. butter slightly softened
- 1 \3 c flour
- 1 \2c brown sugar
- 1 \2 c rolled oats
- 1 tsp. cinnamin
- Cake
- 1 3\4 c flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 \2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 \4 tsp. salt
- 1 tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 1 \2 c butter (1 stick)
- 1 1\2 c sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 c pumpkin puree
- 1 \2 c applesauce
- Cream Cheese Filling
- 1-8 oz cream cheese
- 1 \4 c sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 \2 tsp. vanilla

Step 1
In medium bowl combine 6 tbsps. butter, 1\3 c flour, brown sugar, rolled oats & 1 tsp. cinnamon
Using pastry knife cut butter until crumbly, set aside
