Gooey Good Chicken Breasts
created this gooey delicious chicken breast entree tonight...its totally me...sweet and messy rolled thick with a mexican spice !
no other way to describe it...serve as a entree or cut chicken breasts nugget size for a wonderful party appetizer ! enjoy.. **(this is my first printed, shared dish with a name..so please excuse my measurements, im one of those cooks who eyeballs the ingredients..so you will have to also...
Ingredients
- mix marinade:
- boneless chicken breasts
- bacon
- maple syrup
- dijon mustard
- splash of vinegar
- salt/ pepper
- cup of strong black coffee , cold in temp..please
- coating:
- brown sugar
- chili powder

Step 1
take healthly portion of boneless chicken breasts and soak in marinating mixture, remove and wrap in bacon, tack w/ toothpic if needed, roll in brown sugar and chili powder ( i spread bsugar on plate and shake a thick covering of chili powder on top...)then i roll the chicken, place on a foil covered cookie sheet at 350 for about 30 to 35 min..next time im going to try it on the grill with mesquite wood...yummmm
