- 1 pkg (8oz) feta cheese (crumbled)
- 1 c mayo
- 1/2 c shredded parmesan
- 1 jar diced pimentos (drained) optional

1 mix all ingredients, spoon into 9 in pie plate
2. bake at 350 for 20-35 minutes
3. serve with crackers
