Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuits

You'll love these cheesy cheddar biscuits for breakfast, lunch or dinner! Biscuit mix starts them off easy, and dropping the dough for baking is fast!

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups biscuit mix
- 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon oregano (Optional)
- 3/4 teaspoon garlic salt

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray cooking sheet with non-stick spray.
Put biscuit mix, cheese and milk in a bowl and mix well to form a sticky dough.
Using spoon, drop lumps of dough onto cookie sheet 1 1/2 inches apart.
Bake 10 minutes.
While biscuits are baking, melt butter and mix with oregano and garlic salt.
Brush biscuits with butter mixture and bake 5 more minutes at 400°F
Reduce heat to 350°F and bake another 5 to 6minutes.
Serve immediately.
