Low Carb Egg with Bacon Salad

Ingredients
- 1/2 c finely chopped celery
- 1/3 c mayo
- 2 T fresh tarragon or 1 T parsley and green onions
- 2 t Tabasco Pepper Sauce
- 1/4 t salt
- 8 hard boiled eggs, peeled and coarsely chopped
- 6 c mixed salad greens
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 12 cherry toratos, halved

Preparation
Step 1
Combine celery, mayo, tarragon, Tabasco, and salt in a bowl and mix well. Add eggs and mix gently. Divided salad greens between four plates; place a scoop of egg salad on each and sprinkle bacon on top. Garnish with tomatoes.
