Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups flour
- 1 tbsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 cup cooked mashed potato
- 3 tbsp. vegetable oil

Preparation
Step 1
1. Stir first 4 ingredients together in a bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Stir until a soft ball forms. Knead 6 to 8 times on a lightly floured surface.
2. Roll dough out to 2 cm thick. Cut into 2" rounds. Arrange on greased baking sheet.
3. Bake at 425F for 15 minutes until lightly browned and risen.
