  • 2 large potatoes, grated
  • 2 1/2 tbs oil
  • 1 small onion, minced
  • 1 tsp garlic, minced
  • 3/4 tsp Rosemary Salt and Pepper

Step 1

Heat the oil in a heavy skillet over medium heat. Mix together the potatoes, onion, garlic and rosemary. Add mixture to the pan. Press down with a spatula. Cover and cook for 15 minutes. Remove the lid. Flip the mixture and brown the other side (uncovered) for 15
minutes longer.
