Creamy Horseradish Garlic Spread

Serve with crackers, vegetable sticks, salmon, steak, roast beef sandwich, beef tenderloin or hamburgers.

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 2 tbs. mayonnaise
• 1 tbs. horseradish
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 1/4 tsp. salt
• 1/4 tsp. black pepper
• 1/8 tsp. white pepper
• 1/8 tsp. dried dill weed
• 1/8 tsp. garlic powder

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together all ingredients. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes before serving.
One person suggested 2 tbs. of horseradish and 1 full tsp. dill.
