Ingredients
- 6 lbs. stewing beef
- 4 cups ketchup
- 1 cup water or beef stock
- 1/2 cup dry onion soup mix (4 pkgs.)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. mustard
- 1 cup vinegar
- 6 cups chopped celery
- salt and pepper to taste
- bay leaf
- to freeze mix all ingredients together and divide among zip lock bags, remove air and seal. store upto 3 months
