- 1/2 lb. cooked macaroni- still warm
- 1/2 lb. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F. spray 2 quart casserole dish with cooking spray.
Whisk egg in a large bowl. Add cottage cheese, sour cream, salt and pepper. mix well. stir in cheddar cheese. Fold in cooked macaroni to coat. pour into baking dish. Bake until mixture is bubbly and golden brown, about 30 min.
