Beef & bean empanathas

Ingredients
- For the dough
- Corn flour
- Add water and need
- Set aside covered
- For the filling
- 4 cups re-fried beans
- 1/2 pound ground beaf
- One onion
- One package chilly powder
- Salt pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp cumin

Preparation
Step 1
Broun the beaf with the onions. Then add the refri beans.
Add the chilly powder cumin salt and pepper.
Mix well.
Make 1/2 inch ball in your hand with the dough, using a tortilla press ( or a plate will do)
Putting the ball in between a folded sheet of plastick.
Flatten the dough and spoon the filling and press the sides together.
Make and cover the empanathas.
Pan fry and serve with sour cream and salsa.
