- 1 Tab. Butter
- 2 Tab. Olive oil
- 1 yellow onion, sliced
- 2 cloves Garlic, Chopped
- 3 Lbs Potatoes, sliced 1/4Inch
- Salt and Pepper
- 1 Tab.Paprika
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1 cup chicken Stock

Step 1
Slic the potatoes on a slicer and set aside. Heat a saucepan and add the butter and olive oil. add onion and garlic, saute about 3 minutes. add the potatoes and spread out evenly. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Deglase with white wine and add the chicken stock.cover and cook over medium heat until most of the liquid is absorbed and the potatoes are tender, Add more stock if needed.
