- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 (24oz) package refrigerated mashed potatoes
- 1 (0.9 oz) package bearnaise or hollandaise sauce mix
- 1/3 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley

Step 1
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Melt butter. Combine potatoes and seasoning mix, transfer to 2-quart baking dish.
