Cucumber Dill Sauce

Ingredients

• 1 med. Cucumber, peeled and diced
• 1 tab. Grated onion, diced – red
• 1/2 Cup mayonnaise
• 2 Tab. Rice gourmet vinegar
• 1 tab. Minced garlic
• 1 tab. Dried dill
• 1/4 cup sour cream
• Salt and pepper
• Ground Garlic
