Sour Cream Cornbread

Ingredients
- 1 cup flour—all purpose
- 3/4 cup yellow corn meal
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 each egg—beaten
- 2 tablespoons butter—melted

Preparation
Step 1
Pour into a greased 8 inch square pan. Bake at 425 for 20 minutes or until a pick comes out clean when inserted in the middle. Cut into 16 squares. Best Served Warm.
