Perfect Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Pounds Potatoes, peeled and quartered.
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 4 Tbsp Heavy Cream
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- 1 Tbsp Milk
- Salt and pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Peel and quarter potatoes. Place in pot add water until potatoes are covered. Add salt and bring to a boil, cover and reduce heat to simmer for 15 to 20 minutes or until done.
Warm Cream, milk and melt butter together. Drain water from potatoes. Place all together in a bowl annd either mix with mixer at slow speed or use potatoe masher. Add milk as needed to get desired consisteny.
Salt and Pepper to taste.
