Ingredients
- 1 can (28oz) sweet potatoes
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
- Miniature marshmallows

Step 1
Place yam slices in a layer in baking dish.
Melt butter with brown sugar and cinnamon and cook 1 minute. Stir in walnuts until coated. Drizzle mixture evenly over the yams, cover with marshmallows and bake at 350o for 25 min.
