Ingredients
- 3 tablespoon of Lee Kum Kee chili garlic sauce
- 1 tablespoon of minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 2 whole squid (1 1/2lbs)
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- Salt to taste.

Step 1
Clean and slice squid into rings, set aside. Heat a medium size pan. Add oil and garlic. Once garlic is fragrant, add the chili garlic sauce. Quickly saute sauce (it will start spitting). Lower heat and add squid. Add sugar and stir fry until squid is cooked. This should not take more than 5 minutes. Add salt if needed, I find the chili garlic sauce salty enough. Serve with rice.
