Ingredients

  • Non-aerosol cooking spray
  • 1 pound lean pork tenderloin, cut into 1/2-inch slices
  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon molasses
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Step 1

Coat a large skillet with cooking spray over medium-high heat; add pork and garlic and cook for 6 to 8 minutes, turning occasionally, until pork is light brown and no longer pink in the center. Drain if necessary. Stir in remaining ingredients and cook until mixture thickens and coats pork.
