Potato and Chop bake.

Can make this with pork, chicken and round or minute steak all are good.
You can use different cream soups and can add onion sliced thinly on top of potatoes. Cover for first 30 min.Very tender
Can also make this with rice, instead of the potatoes. Both are very good.
Ingredients
- 4 sirloin pork chops
- 2 large baking potatoes sliced
- 1 can of cream of cheddar soup
- 1 can milk
- salt and pepper for potatoes and chops
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Butter or oil a 9 X 13 roasting pan or dish. I use a little of both.
Slice 2 baker potatoes and lay on bottom of pan. Salt and pepper.
Sear your pork chops in a pan and put them on top of potatoes. Salt and pepper chops.
Mix in a bowl a can of cheddar soup with a can of milk. Pour over everything.
Bake at 400 for 30 minutes
Pull out and put shredded cheese over top Put back in for 30 more minutes.
Suggest serve with a green veggie or salad.
