Ingredients
- 2 pounds Yukon potatoes, sliced
- 1 pound baked potatoes, sliced
- 2 tablespoons salad oil
- 1/4 cup red onions, small julienne
- 1 half-moon jalapeno, seeded
- 1/2 teaspoon Lawry's Steak Seasoning
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 1/2 cups smoked cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 1/2 cups pepper jack cheese, grated

Preparation
Step 1
Slice potatoes 1/8 inch thick. Place oil in saute pan. Add onion and jalapeno. Cook until vegetables are soft. Add potatoes.
Slightly brown potatoes. Add remaining ingredients. Stir until evenly coated.
Serve piping hot.
