Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp dried marjoram
  • 1/8 tsp onion powder
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 4 bone-in pork loin chops (6 oz, 3/4 in thick)
  • 1 tsp olive (or canola) oil
  • 1/2 C water
  • 2 tsp cornstarch
  • 1/4 C reduced sodium chicken broth

Preparation

Step 1

Combine seasonings, sprinkle over chops. In non-stick skillet, brown chops in oil. Add water, bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover & simmer 45-60 minutes or till tender. Remove meat & keep warm. Combine cornstarch & Broth until smooth, stir into cooking jiuces. Bring to boil, cook & stir for 2 minutes or till thickened, Serve over chops.
