  • 1/4 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
  • 1/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Dash pepper
  • 26 2-inch bread rounds

Step 1

Assemble Rotor Slicer/Shredder using fine shredder cone (No. 1) and attach to mixer. Turn to Speed 4 and shred Swiss cheese into mixer bowl. Add bacon, evaporated milk, Worcestershire sauce, and pepper. Attach bowl and flat beater to mixer. Turn to Speed 4 and beat 1 minute. Stop and scrape bowl. Turn to Speed 6 and beat 30 seconds.

Top each bread round with 1 teaspoon of cheese mixture and place on greased baking sheets. Bake at 400°F for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve immediately.
