Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cups Worcestershire
  • 1.4 Cups Soy Sauce
  • 3 Tbsp Honey
  • 2 Tbsp Cider Vinegar
  • 3 Tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tsp Mustard
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Celery Seeds, Ground
  • 1.2 Tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 4 Pounds Pork Roast
  • 1 Cups BBQ Sauce

Preparation

Step 1

In a small bowl combine all except the roast and the BBQ sauce.

Place Roast in a large plastic bag and pour the other items over it.

Seal the bag and marinate in the refrigerator for 12 to 24 hours.

Heat Oven temp. to 325 Degrees and remove the roast from the bag and into

and oven safe pan. Place into the oven and let it cook all day. Watch to make sure

it does not go dry. If it does add more of the marinate. When the Roast is done

and falling apart, throw away any remaining marinate.

Serve with BBQ sauce if you want.
