Ingredients

  • Bottom:
  • 1 Box Yellow Cake Mix
  • *Remove 1 cup for topping
  • 1 Stick Melted Butter
  • 1 Egg
  • Mix with fork. Press into bottom of 13X9 greased pan
  • Filling:
  • 1 Can Pumpkin 29oz
  • 3 Eggs
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 tbl spoons cinammon
  • Mix well and pour on top of bottom
  • Topping:
  • Use remainder 1 cup yellow cake mix
  • 1/4 cup of butter..not melted
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • Mix until crumbly. Sprinkle over top
  • Bake at 350 for 55-60 minutes
