Ingredients
- 8 Tablespoon Butter- One Stick
- 1/2 Cups Flour
- 2 Cups Milk
- 1/2 Cups Yellow Cheddar, Grated
- 1/4 Cups American Cheese, Diced
- 1/4 Cups White Cheddar, Grated
- 1 Tsp Chicken Bouillon
- 2 Tsp Nutmeg, Grounded Fine
- 1 Tsp Pepper, Blk - Ground
- 3 Pds Russet Potatoes, Peeled And Sliced Thin
- Aux Gratin Potatoes
- 1 Stick Butter, Melted
- 2 Cups Bread Crumbs, Finely Chopped
- 2 Tsp Smoky Paprika

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat 350 oven
Large sauce pan - melt butter , stir in the flour and the add milk slowly - stirring at all times
cook 6 mintues - until it is thick, lower the heat add cheeses-bouillon-nutmeg-pepper. Whick until well
combined and sauce thickens 4 minute. remove from the heat/
in a small bowl - mix aux gratin potatoes mix and stir well.
place potatoes in a casserole dish - oven ready.
Pour chesse mixture over the potatoes and top with aux gratin mix. Wrap with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
Check to see potates are soft. Remove the foil. and finsh baking. let stand for 10 to 15 minute before serving
