Ingredients
- 2 cups hot water
- 2 cabbage leaves
- 1/8 white onion, peeled
- 1/4 cup of instant skim milk powder
- 2 tbsp raw hard pot barley
- 1/8 cup of old cheddar or Asiago cheese
- 2 baby carrots
- 1 celery stalk
- 1 quality soup cube
- Small florets to be added at end.

Preparation
Step 1
Put ingredients in the main container. on high for 5 minutes. When hot stir in small florets. Serve with additional cheese on top.
