Broccoli Wreath

Ingredients

• 2 packages frozen chopped broccoli cooked and drained
• 1/2 cup butter
• 1 tablespoon onion chopped
• 1 cup bread crumbs
• 1/2 teaspoon sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup Longhorn cheese grated
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup
• 3 eggs well-beaten

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter and add onion, crumbs, sugar, salt, pepper, cheese, and soup. Mix well; add eggs; add broccoli and mix. Pour into greased 2-quart ring mold. Place mold in pan of water. Bake in pre-heated 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Unmold and place curried creamed onions in the center of mold.
