Ingredients

  • 3 cups shredded sweet potatoes
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/3 cup seedless raisins
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 375deg. Combine above ingredients in a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Cover and place in oven. Bake 30 minutes.

TOPPING:
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup flour

Mix together until crumbly. After potato mixture has baked, sprinkle mixture on top. Uncover and bake 15 more minutes. Serve hot.
