Potato Soup

Ingredients
- 32 oz loose hash brown potatoes
- 1 c chopped onion, sauteed
- 14 oz chicken broth
- 3 c water
- 2 c milk
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- S&P to taste
- optional: Ham, bacon or shredded cheeses

Preparation
Step 1
Saute onion in a little butter until translucent. Bring liquid ingredients to boil. Add hash browns and onion. Cook on lot until hot.
Salt & Pepper to taste May top with Ham, bacon or shredded cheese.
