Pulled Pork Party Dip

Awesome and unusual party dip. I smoke my own shoulders and this is a great way to use up any leftovers.

Ingredients

  • 1 C smoked pulled pork
  • 1 8oz block cream cheese
  • 1/4 C barbeque sauce (I use Stubbs Original)
  • 2 Tbsp jalapenos, seeded and diced
  • 2 Tbsp pepperoncini, finely chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Soften cream cheese at room temp for 30-45 min.

With a mixer, beat the cream cheese and BBQ sauce until smooth.

Fold in pork, jalapenos, and pepperoncini by hand with a rubber spatula.

Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Serve with crackers.
