This cheesy Broccoli Puff Casserole is tasty and so easy to put together, and it's a great way to get kids to eat broccoli.

Ingredients

  • 2 bunches broccoli
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup grated cheddar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350°F.

Cut up broccoli into florets, and steam until crisp, drain.

Put broccoli in casserole dish. Stir soup, cheese, milk may and egg and pour over broccoli. Combine bread crumbs and butter and sprinkle over top.

Bake for 45 minutes.
