- 1/2 pound snow peas trimmed, and strings discarded
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 2 green onions thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds toasted lightly

Step 1
Cut snow peas on diagonal into long thin slices.
Blanch snow peas 30 seconds in a large pot of lightly salted water. Drain in a colander. Rinse under cold water. Drain well; transfer to a bowl. Toss snow peas with oil, soy sauce, green onion, and sesame seeds.
