Ingredients
- 1 c flour
- 1 c cornmeal
- 1/4 c sugar
- 1 T baking powder
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 c oil

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400.
Combine dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. In a small bowl, combine egg, milk and oil and whip with a fork. Take milk mixture and start pouring over the dry mixture, use a fork to barely moisten the dry mixture. Pour into a well greased 8x8 pan. Bake for 25 minutes.
Serve with honey butter.
