Beef Kabobs

Who doesn't like a good Kabob?! This Beef Kabobs recipe will not disappoint. The awesome marinade used is key to get the results your mouth will be watering over!

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds of sirloin steak, any cut of meat is fine cut into cubes
- 1/2 cup catsup
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons beef steak sauce
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons salad oil
- 2 tablespoons sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Place cubed meat in a bowl.
Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan and heat to boiling.
Pour hot sauce over meat and marinate several hours or overnight.
Place on skewers and broil over hot coals or in the oven.
Reheat marinating liquid for sauce.
Note: May add chunks of onions, green pepper, mushrooms, tomatoes, etc when broiling. Delicious!
