Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup onions chopped
- 1 can sliced mushrooms
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1/2 stick butter melted
- 2 lbs. boneles sirloin cut in to strips
- 1/4 cup flour (possibly more)
- 1 can campbell's consomme'
- 1 cab beef broth
- 6 tablespoons lemon juice
- 6 tablespoons Lea and Perrin's
- 6 tablespoons red wine
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup deans french onion dip
- extra wide egg noodles

Preparation
Step 1
Saute mushrooms, onin, and garlic in butter until onions are tender. Add beef. Cook,
stirring constantly, until browned. Stir in flour until all meat is covered. Add all liquids and pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes.
Optional:
Stir in Dean's French onion dip until heated thoroughly
Serve over cooked noodles
