Ingredients

  • 4 cups zucchini sliced thin
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 eggs slightly beaten
  • 1 cup onion chopped
  • 1 cup green chiles diced
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/2-1 cup bisquick
  • 1 tsp seasoning salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Step 1

Preheat oven tp 350 and grease an 8x8 baking dish.

In a large bowl stir together the oil, zucchini and eggs. Add remaining ingredients combining well.

Bake fro 30 minutes covered and 30 minutes uncovered.
