Ingredients

  • 2 pounds round stead, cubed
  • 1 10 oz can mushrooms
  • 2 10 oz cans beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic salt
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 10 ounces egg noodles, cooked

Preparation

Step 1

Brown meat in large pot. Reserving 2/3 cup of broth, stir in remaining broth, onion powder, ketchup and garlic salt. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.

Blend reserved broth with the flour and stir into meat. Add mushrooms, heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil & stir 1 minute. Stir in sour cream, heat through.

Serve over cooked egg noodles
