- 3-4 lb roast
- 1 pkg dry iItalian dressing mix
- 12-oz can of beer

Preparation
Step 1
1. Place beef in slow cooker. Sprinkle with dry Italian dressing mix. Pour beer over roast.
2. Cover. Cook on low 8-10 hours.
3. When beef is done, shred and serve with juice on crusty rolls.
