Ingredients
- 1 to 2 whole flounder
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 ounce dry white wine
- 3 to 4 thin slices onion
- 3 to 4 thin slices lemon
- Sea salt & fresh pepper
- Fresh parsley chopped for garnish

Step 1
Pre-set the oven to 350°F. Place fish in large pyrex dish. Add salt & pepper. Place onion & lemon on top.
In a small bowl, mix butter, paprika & wine. Blend. Pour over dish.
Cover, bake 30 to 40 minutes until done, white & flakey.
Serve hot with parsley.
