  • 1/2 4.4 ounce Danish Blue Cheese
  • 2-3 teaspoons creamed horseradish or horseradish sauce
  • 2 steaks

Preparation

Step 1

Cream together the cheese and horseradish until well mixed. Set aside.

Grill steaks until done to your liking. Just before removing from the grill, divide the cheese mixture in two and pile on top of the steaks. Continue to cook until the cheeses start to soften.

Serve with salad, fries, or vegetables of your choice.
